Boni is so sweet, for those of you who haven’t “met” her yet! She sent me this guy to play with the very next day after I described him to her! She’s really a genius doodler; if you haven’t checked out her images yet, you are totally missing the boat!

I colored my man with Tri-Art markers, and the bug was colored with Twinks. Any manly card needs some sort of metal “bling” so I added silver brads to mine. I ran the yellow mat through the Cuttlebug to get some texture, and swiped a bit of bronze ink over the embossed ridges. I added a bit of plain red ribbon under the piece to help bring out “The Man” phrase on his t-shirt. I colored two images, and cut one out so I could pop him up. I like how his raised arm is adhered at the fist flat, and then pops out as it goes down his arm towards his body. Makes it look more real. I totally dig it, and I know my Kevin will, too.
